Caring starts here! For more than forty years, T.H.E. (To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers has been improving the well-being of under-served communities throughout Los Angeles by providing access to high-quality, low cost healthcare and preventive education for all, regardless of the ability to pay, while being mindful of the diverse cultural, social and economic factors of our community.​

High Quality and Compassionate Care. We have the distinct privilege of serving almost 13,000 patients across six locations—men, women, young adults and children—from the vastly diverse communities of greater Los Angeles County. Many of our patients are from families who have been coming to T.H.E. for generations. We credit this to both a compassionate, and talented team of health care professionals who take great pride in developing personal relationships with our patients and to the comprehensive array of healthcare services offered at health center sites. We encourage and support our patients to take a proactive role in developing healthier lifestyles for themselves, their families and future generations to come.

Meeting the Health Needs of the Whole Person.  We are firmly committed to improving the lives of those who lack basic health care and preventive education. T.H.E. provides an array of primary care services that enable it to be a medical home for its patients—including preventive medical, dental, behavioral, and health education services for men, women, young adults, and children—all designed to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Many patients may qualify for programs that enable us to offer low-cost services; those that do not are charged on a sliding fee scale.
