(To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers has been dedicated to improving the well-being of underserved communities throughout Los Angeles by providing access to high-quality, low-cost healthcare and preventive education for all, regardless of ability to pay. Meeting the Health Needs of the Whole Person. We are committed to improving the lives of those who lack access to basic healthcare and preventive education. As a primary medical care home, T.H.E. provides an array of primary care services, including preventive medical, dental, behavioral health, and health education for men, women, young adults, and children. Our holistic approach harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Many patients may qualify for programs that enable us to offer low-cost services; those that do not are charged on a sliding fee scale.
