(To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers has been improving the well-being of underserved communities in Los Angeles by providing access to high-quality healthcare and preventive education for all, regardless of ability to pay. We are mindful of the diverse cultural, social, and economic factors that shape our community.

Now serving over 15,000 individuals annually, we accomplish this through our talented medical team by building personal relationships with our patients, offering a comprehensive range of healthcare services, and empowering the community to take an active role in creating healthier lifestyles for themselves, their families, and future generations.
