Clifford B. Shiepe, MBA,
Clifford B. Shiepe, Clifford Shiepe comes to T.H.E. (To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers, with four decades of experience as a broad-based, seasoned healthcare executive with senior level management experience in hospitals, medical group clinics, health systems and managed care companies. In March 2016, Mr. Shiepe was named President and CEO of T.H.E, after serving as Chief Administrative Officer in 2013, and subsequently as Interim CEO in 2015.
Under his leadership, Mr. Shiepe continues to position T.H.E., a federally qualified health center, as a leader in the South Los Angeles community and providing its 15,000 patients the best customer service and quality health care in an ever-changing healthcare environment.Mr. Shiepe graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Engineering Management and from Northeastern University with an MBA.As an advocate and change agent for community clinics, Mr. Shiepe dedicates a portion of his time to State and local consortia, health task forces, and Health Care LA, IPA. He serves on many boards and holds officer positions for the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles (CCALAC), and the Southside Coalition of Community Clinics, and Health Care LA, IPA. Additionally, he is a member of Congressmember Karen Bass’ and LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas Health Task Forces.

Tatyana Klochko, EA, MBA
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Tatyana Klochko, Senior VP and CFO. Ms. Klochko is responsible for overseeing T.H.E. financial matters including AR/AP, fee-for-service billings, and annual audits. She develops and implements accounting policies and procedures, prepares monthly and annual financial reports and budgets, and ensures that financial systems are accurate, efficient, and in accordance with established practices and regulations. With over 20 years in the health care industry — including serving as CFO for both Therapeutic Center for the Blind and Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center — Ms. Klochko has directed dozens of strategically successful organizational and program budgets and been responsible for administering over $20 million annually. She holds an MBA from Moscow State University with an emphasis in Economics.

Lilia Marin
Ms. Marin is responsible for administering all aspects of workforce management. She manages personnel and compensation policies; develops and implements performance review processes; credentialing; and ensures compliance with Worker’s Compensation, health and safety, and other local, state, and federal program requirements. Ms. Marin has been affiliated with the healthcare sector since 1998 when she joined Hemacare, Inc. She has held a variety of positions in marketing, publishing, advertising, and human resources. Prior to joining the executive team at T.H.E., she served as the human resources manager for the media acquisition firm Web MediaBrands. Ms. Marin holds a BA in Sociology/Human Resources Management and an MA in Organizational Management.

Derrick Butler, MD, MPH
Chief Medical Officer joined T.H.E. in 2008, previously serving as Associate Medical Director. CMO since 2018, he is responsible for supervising and directing all medical services. Dr. Butler is a Family Medicine Physician and HIV Specialist. He received his Bachelors from Morehouse College and his medical degree from University of California, San Francisco. He also holds an MPH from University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Butler serves as Assistant Professor with the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center at Charles Drew University.

Cheryl Trinidad
Chief Development and Communications Officer
With over 20 years of experience in organizational advancement and marketing/communications, Ms. Trinidad is responsible for T.H.E.’s fund development, marketing, advocacy, and outreach initiatives. Supervising a team of community relations staff, health educators, and consultants, she plans, prepares, and manages grants and other funding opportunities; maintains communications with a variety of stakeholders; ensures compliance with award guidelines and contracts; and guides promotional activities for all T.H.E. sites. Ms. Trinidad completed undergraduate studies in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach.

Patricia D. Johnson
In addition to her position at T.H.E., Ms. Johnson is President of P. Johnson & Associates, a healthcare consultancy. She recently held the position of Vice President for Managed Healthcare Services at UHP Healthcare where she was responsible for provider contracting, claims operations and marketing. Ms. Johnson has had extensive experience in health organization operations, sales and marketing, finance, training, and regulatory compliance. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University, and graduated from the University of Michigan Executive Program. Ms. Johnson also worked for Wellpoint Health Networks and Blue Cross of California as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Government Services, managing large scale operations.
