T.H.E. Health and Wellness Centers is committed to providing safe, high-quality care to every patient. As part of that commitment, we participate in a national accreditation process conducted by The Joint Commission.

The Joint Commission is an independent, nonprofit organization that sets standards for healthcare quality and patient safety.

You may also use T.H.E. Health and Wellness Centers’ internal complaint or grievance process. If you would like assistance, please ask to speak with a supervisor or the Patient Services Department, if the concerns could not be resolved though clinic administration, you may contact The Joint Commission.
